10. Notifications and Alerts
If you provide a mobile number in place of an email address, SMS notifications will be sent to your phone as a way of alerting you to assigned tasks or deadlines. Standard message rates may apply. Div Code Universe is not responsible for any delayed or undelivered SMS or Email notifications.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
12. Changes to the Terms
Div Code Universe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
